By using this website or booking a service with Kinetic Kya Healing, you agree to the following:
1. Services
Kinetic Kya Healing provides sound healing, meditation, and intuitive services for relaxation, nervous system support, and personal exploration. These are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment.
2. Booking & Payment
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a session.
- The remaining balance is due prior to the session.
Packages must be used within 6 months unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 7+ days’ notice: Deposit retained, balance transferable
- 1–6 days’ notice: Deposit retained, balance refunded
- Within 24 hours: Full fee retained
- Custom recordings: All sales final

4. Consent & Disclaimer
- By booking, you acknowledge that:
- You are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own health and well-being.
- You have read and agree to the Client Agreement & Disclosure Statement.
You release Lisa Dickinson and Kinetic Kya Healing from liability for any outcome related to your participation.
